Alcohol

  • You are not permitted to bring alcohol into the Festival.  To comply with Victoria Liquor Licensing laws, please be aware that bags will be checked by security at the Festival entrance. Only sealed or empty plastic drink bottles can be brought into the site.  The Festival has several licensed bars for your drinking pleasure.

Food

  • There is a range of delicious food choices from our Festival food stalls on site.

Water

  • In the interest of your well-being at the event, we provide free drinking water. In compliance with Victorian Liquor Licensing laws we can only allow people to bring in sealed or empty water bottles.

Refunds

  • There are no refunds or replacements given for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets under any circumstances.

Pets

  • No pets are allowed at the venue

Companion Cards

  • East Gippsland Food, Wine and Beer Festival supports the Companion Card. Where a cardholder has purchased a festival ticket and carries a valid current Companion Card, we issue a wristband to both the cardholder and the companion.

Travel

  • Please try to car pool with friends as this will lower the environmental impact.
  • There will be car parking onsite if you choose to drive to the festival. East Gippsland Food, Wine and Beer Festival encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol.

Security

  • We will have licenced security guards onsite for the duration of the festival.

What to Bring

Bring an umbrella for shade, table and a chair

Bring a jacket for inclement weather

Have a sun hat and sunscreen

Wear comfy shoes – may be uneven surfaces

Cash – there are no ATM’s facilities onsite

Sealed bottle water 

Non-professional camera

Deck chair or picnic rug if in General Admission

What is not permitted

No BYO alcohol or non-alcoholic drinks

No video or recording equipment

No glass or metal cutlery

Emergency

  • First aid will be onsite for the duration of the festival.

General Enquiries

  • Visit the ticket booth at the front gate and speak to one of our friendly volunteers. The Info Desk is open during Festival hours and is designed to assist people enjoying the Festival.

Festival Program

  • Large programs will be dotted around the festival grounds and a digital copy will be emailed to all primary ticket holders.
